Insulating glass

Insulating glass is two or more pieces of glass, with spacers to control the spacing between the inner and outer pieces of insulating glass. Glass coating

The physical or chemical coating process is used to change the heat reflection characteristics of the glass surface and directly reflect the solar radiation back, thereby improving the shading and heat insulation performance of the glass. Coated glass is divided into heat reflective glass (also known as sunlight control glass) and low-e glass (also known as Low-E glass).

The heat reflective glass can change the shading performance in a large range by configuring the structure and thickness of the film layer. Due to the coating of highly reflective and non-heat-absorbing infrared materials, Low-E glass can reflect the heat radiation of the solar band, thereby effectively controlling the sunshade performance of the glass, and also significantly reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the glass.

Adding colorants in the manufacturing process, the shading and thermal insulation properties of colored glass are better than transparent glass. The sealing strip must have sufficient tensile strength, good elasticity, good temperature resistance and aging resistance, and the cross-sectional structure size should match the plastic steel door and window profiles.
