Cutting procedures and precautions:

  1. Check the operation and lubrication of the equipment, adjust the size limit, and check the profile at the same time.

  2. Check the colour, model, wall thickness and quantity of the profile according to the order requirements. For the defective profile, the material must be nested or returned, and promptly reported to the person in charge.

  3. When cutting, the first material must be checked with an angle ruler and a tape measure. The length of the aluminium profile and the processing size of the cutting material should be combined to reasonably apply the cutting material. The allowable deviation of the length is 1 ± 0.2 mm, the angle deviation is ∠ ± 5 degrees, and the processing burr should be ≤0.2 mm.

  4. When cutting materials, strictly follow the equipment operation regulations, and do the first inspection, middle inspection, and final inspection three inspections, the random inspection rate is not less than 5%, and the number is not less than 3 pieces.

  5. Adjust the feed rate of the sawing machine according to the section size of the profile, otherwise the machine will be damaged, the saw blade will burst, and the workpiece will be deformed.

  6. The products after cutting should be stacked according to each project, specification and quantity and separated by layers to prevent the surface of the profile from being damaged.

  7. Testing tools: steel tape measure, universal angle ruler, vernier caliper.

(Note: No matter picking or cutting, there is no phenomenon that the surface of the profile is easily scratched by drawing or pulling the profile)

Cutting preparation and equipment

  1. Material preparation: According to the optimized drawing and process card, combined with the length of the specific profile, the length is matched with the reasonable material, the material is optimized, and the material head and waste are minimized.

  2. Cutting equipment: there are profile cutting saws (including 45-degree cutting saws) and angle cutting saws.

The blanking is to handle gently, control the speed of the near knife during operation, and conduct the first inspection of the first material. Combine with the length of the aluminium profile, calculate the size of the blank, and apply the profile reasonably.

  1. Matters needing attention in wearing tops and rubber strips:

  2. The sealing strips (nylon sealant strips, nylon brush strips) should be straight, even, and free of detachment, and they must have a good fit and overlap when the window frame is formed and assembled.

  3. When wearing the sealing tape, the relative member of the sealing tape should be extended by 3 mm, and it should be bonded with glue after it is retracted into place.

  4. The sealant seam should be continuous and smooth, and there should be no overflowing adhesive at the joint; the sealant strip should be installed in place, the four corners should be inlaid reliably, and there should be no disengagement, wrinkling and shortages.

Structural glue is applied to the windows and doors frames, and the glue should be evenly applied to the profiles without accumulation.

The screw connection part of the windows and doors frame should be tightened, and there should be no looseness. The round frame screw should be used to fix the outer frame surface.

Pay attention to the up-down and left-right shifting directions when loading, and the shifting should not exceed the profile section.

When installing the pulley, tighten the screws and check whether the diagonal meets the requirements. The pulley should rotate flexibly without jamming.
